Cancellation Policy

Reservations for 20 Days or less:
- A 30% Deposit secures Reservation (20 Days or less), balance on arrival.

On cancellation by guests, the following policy prevails:
- 60 Days or more - Guests forfeit 20% of full Reservation Value.
- 59 to 30 Days - Guests forfeit 50% of full Reservation Value.
- 29 to 15 Days - Guests forfeit 70% of full Reservation Value.
- 14 to 8 Days - Guests forfeit 80% of full reservation Value.
- Less than 7 Days - Guests forfeit 90% of full Reservation Value.
- No Show / Early Departure - Guests responsible for full Reservation Value.
- Subject to re-letting the rooms, refunds will be at managements discretion.
- As with all other reservations also your "Accommodation" can be secured through an "International Cancellation Contract".
