The Pearl Valley Hotel forms part of the award winning lifestyle and golf estate between Franschhoek and Paarl in the Western Cape. This golf resort has a championship Jack Nicklaus designed 18 hole course.
Unit 504 of the Pearl Valley Hotel is a two bedroom apartment on the first floor. It features unobstructed views over the golf driving range and the Simonsberg mountains. Both bedrooms feature double beds and have an en suite bathroom each. The main bedroom has both bath and shower facilities, whilst the other bedroom has only shower facilities.
There is a kitchenette, a dining area with seating for 4 people and a lounge with a comfortable sofa. It is the ideal apartment for both short term or long term rentals.
The hotel is in a car free area of the estate, but can be reached on foot or by golf cart. Vehicles can be parked at the club house which is approximately 300 meters from the hotel apartment.
The modern club house is the hub of the estate, here guests will find a restaurant, a bar, a swimming pool, a gym, a day spa and a golf shop. Apart from golf, there are tennis courts, walking trails and even a newly built 42 kilometer long MTB trail.

Important Information
Payment Details:
- A minimum of a 30% deposit is required with your reservation. Balance plus refundable breakage deposit payable a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the guests arrival in order to confirm the booking.
- The establishment reserves the right to cancel the booking without the refund of the deposit should the above payment terms not be strictly adhered to.
- For bookings less than 2 weeks before the intended arrival date, full payment for accommodation and breakage deposit is required upfront.
- Confirmation of payments received and bookings will be made via email.
Housekeeping:
- The daily rate includes an arrival clean only. A departure clean fee is compulsory and for the guests account. This amount will be deducted from your breakage deposit.
- On departure the housekeeping team will compile a report indicating any breakages which will then be deducted from the deposit. The breakage deposit will be refunded the day after departure provided that it isnt over a weekend.
- Electricity is purchased on a prepaid basis. An allocated amount of units is provided by the establishment based on the duration of the stay and the amount of people booked for thereafter the guest is responsible for topping up.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit 50% of the amount paid.
- Cancellations 29 to 15 days prior to arrival will forfeit 75% of the amount paid.
- Cancellations 14 to 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit 90% of the full invoice value.
- Cancellations made 6 days or less prior to arrival, as well as no shows, will forfeit 100% of the full invoice value.
- Cancellations over Peak Periods will forfeit 50% of the amount paid.
- All third party costs plus bank fees will be added to the above cancellation amounts.
- An admin fee will be charged with a cancellation.
