The double story house comprises two units, a lower and an upper level and can be combined to accommodate a maximum of 10 guests.

The lower unit comprises two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a twin bed, a full bathroom with a bath and shower and an open-plan lounge and kitchen area with a fireplace. The unit also features a patio with BBQ/braai facilities and a private entrance. The lower unit is located on the same level as the sea and is a short walk to the Paternoster beach and town.

The upper unit is level with the top of the granite boulders with sea views. It comprises two bathrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and one family room with a double bed and twin beds. The spacious living area is open-plan with a fitted kitchen and a large hearth. There is an outdoor BBQ area located on a large balcony overlooking the Paternoster bay.
