The apartment is situated on Beach Rd in Mouille Point with easy access to the Green Point Stadium, Virgin Active and Sea Point Promenade which runs from Bantry Bay through Mouille Point to the V&A Waterfront.
The main bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and the room leads to a sliding door which leads to a large spacious private balcony equipped with a patio set and mountain views. The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed and plenty cupboard space.
The living area consists of comfortable seating as well as a television with DSTV and a 4 seater dining table. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped and includes a washing machine.

- Deposit/Payment can be made via credit card authorization (excl. 3,5% card fee) or direct bank transfer (copy of transaction to be emailed or faxed).
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 45 Days plus prior to arrival: 0% penalty.
- Cancellation 30 to 45 Days prior to arrival: Forfeit 25% of total booking costs.
- Cancellation 15 to 30 Days prior to arrival: Forfeit 50% of total booking costs.
- Cancellation within 15 days of arrival: Forfeit 100% of total booking costs.
- An additional 10% handling fee will be charged on all cancellations.
