A comfortable lounge and living area boasts a flat screen television and wood-burning fireplace and flows out onto the wooden deck through folding, stackable doors. The outdoor deck is ideal for alfresco dining in summer with a Weber barbeque and outdoor seating for six. A fully equipped kitchen offers an induction oven and hob, double fridge/freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine, as well as a washing machine which is neatly hidden beneath the four-seater breakfast counter.
 
The bedrooms are bright and airy, with ample cupboard space, electric fans and fresh linens. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed and opens out onto a sheltered patio garden complete with table and chairs while the second bedroom has two twin beds and lovely garden views. Both bedrooms share a separate bathroom with toilet, basin and shower.
 
The property has a dedicated parking bay within the complex, as well as ample visitors parking close the property and visitors will need to check through security before being allowed to enter. Famous for its working harbour, where fishermen haul in the daily catch, Hout Bay is a quaint fishing village with cosmopolitan appeal. Just 15 minutes’ drive from the centre of Cape Town, the town offers a variety of superb restaurants, chic boutiques and fun activities for all.
