Important Information
- Once guests have booked in, they will be liable for any change in their reservation dates, and will be billed accordingly.
Cancellation Policy
- The managing agent asks for guests cooperation in observing a 14 day cancellation notice prior to their expected arrival.
- The Cancellation Policy is set out to be fair to the client whilst compensating the managing agent for lost booking opportunities brought about by the cancellation.
- Only cancellations in writing will be accepted.
- Any cancellation received within 14 days or less prior to arrival, will incur a charge of 100% of booking value.
- A no-show on the day of arrival, the total amount of booking will be processed.
