Markotter has been established for more than 12 years. It started with the development of the Little Otter to accommodate families visiting the Cape.

As word spread, the need grew to provide other accommodation for singles and businessmen, so the areas were altered to create Markette and Hi Mark. The latest conversion being the Pool Room, which is light and spacious

Situated in Bellville in the Western Cape Region, Markotter Place features an outdoor pool and year round outdoor pool. Free private parking is available on site.

The apartments each include either a shower or bath en suite, TV, equipped kitchens, hairdryers, Work counter, ceiling fans and panel heater.

The garden is open with a swimming pool, trampoline and braai facilities to those who choose to use it.

Guests are welcomed by two adorable dogs, who have converted many guests, into dog lovers.

Important Information

- Children aged between 0 and 10 pay R75.00
- Children aged between 11 and 18 pay R105.00
- Additional guest staying the night will be charged accordingly
- Noise levels kept to a minimum and quiet after 10pm
- Children to be supervised around the swimming pool and trampoline
- No more than 2 visitors per unit, by prior arrangement with management
- Maid service Monday to Friday excluding public holidays and weekend

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations will be refunded based on the number of days before scheduled arrival
- 0 to 14 days = No refund
- 15 to 29 days = 15% refund
- 30 to 56 days = 50% refund
- 57 to 91 days = 75% refund
- 92+ days = 100% refund less 5% admiin charges
