Livingstone Villa is a 5 star self-catering villa. Come and enjoy a time away in Wilderness, a place of quiet harmony and tranquility that offers visitors the perfect opportunity to relax, unwind and enjoy an unforgettable experience. The villa boasts breathtaking sea views from each balcony, bedroom, lounge, dining room and pool. Accommodation is best suited for 4 to 6 people enjoying a luxurious get away, but also perfect as a honeymoon suite.
The 1st floor consists of the living area, fully equipped kitchen and dining room as well as a splash pool on the balcony and a guest toilet with a shower, toilet and wash basin. The 2nd floor consists of the main bedroom and the second bedroom. Both rooms are luxuriously decorated and feature an en-suite bathroom which is fully equipped.
The ground floor consists of the third bedroom, of which is also luxuriously decorated. Quality linen and towels are provided. The heated splash pool is the same level as the lounge, kitchen, dining room and indoor braai. As it is 8 metres above ground level, its dangerous to children and dogs if left alone. They must be accompanied by an adult or owner at all times.
The Village of Wilderness lies 15 km east of George between the Kaaimans River and the Goukamma Nature Reserve. Encompassed within the boundaries of Wilderness one finds the 2500 Ha Wilderness National Park. Five rivers and five lakes, two estuaries and 18 km of coastline protected within the Park. The rare and sensitive eco-system is home to a wealth of water birds including the elusive Knysna Loerie.

Important Information
- Livingstone House provides self-catering only.
- Any complaints must be in writing to the owner.
Child Policy:
- Small children are allowed, but there are safety concerns that guests must be aware of.
- Make sure small children are always accompanied by an adult.
- Children can never be on the balcony without supervision by an adult.
- The swimming pool is 8 metres above ground level. Any swimming pool is dangerous and children can drown in it so please be careful and supervise them.
- Accommodation limited to 6 people. Children included.
Pet Policy:
- Pets allowed, but with restrictions. There is no fence. Please send an e-mail to the owner and state why pets should be considered.
- There is no garden service so any "dog poo" should be picked up when letting pets go out of the house.
- Pets can fall through the balustrades or the wooden balustrades. Many dog owners have stayed in this house with their dogs but have been responsible with the "toiler times".
- Special arrangements can be made with a later arrival, but please let owner know.
- Cleaning services can be arranged at an extra cost.
- Please note, the premises is not wheelchair friendly. So the house is not suitable for disabled people.
- Parking is open and only for 2 vehicles. It is clearly marked Livingstone House.
- The managing agent is not liable for any damages of any nature due to lack of irresponsibility of parents or owners.
- Guests will be held liable for any breakages or damages during their stay.
Cancellation Policy
- From the 1 December until 11 January, only accept a minimum of a 7 night booking.
- Cancellation one month before arrival time: the remaining 40% must please be paid.
- Guests can pay 100% immediately, as many guests do pay one year in advance.
- Cancellations must please be in writing.
- If guests are a no-show or cancels the same day: no refund.
- Up to 14 days cancellation before arrival.
- However everything is always negotiable.
