Cancellation Policy
- The reservation is secured upon receipt of deposit payment.
- Deposit payments are calculated at 50% of the full accommodation value.
- Bookings cancelled between 72 hours and 14 days prior to arrival date forfeit the full deposit.
- Bookings cancelled at all other times forfeit 50% of the deposit.
- Any cancellation should be in writing.
- In the event of a no show 100% of the entire booking will be charged for.
- Should the departure be premature the full extent of the booking as originally booked and confirmed will be charged for.
- Refund of monies will be at the discretion of management and dependent on the re-let of the apartment.
