Important Information
To confirm your reservation, please send Proof of Payment 48 hours after booking date. Reservations without payment/Credit Card Authorization is non guaranteed and will be released subject to availability. Bookings made within 72 hours: Credit Card details will be needed to be able to make the booking.
50 % deposit to be paid on confirmation of booking, 48 hours after booking date . Full pre-payment (100 %) is required 2 weeks / 14 days prior to arrival. Full pre-payment (100 %) is required 48 hours after booking date for bookings arriving within 2 weeks / 14 days of arrival.
Should these confirmation and/ or payment deadlines not be met, your reservation will be automatically be released and the room (s) will be available to sell to our Reservations Team.
All Cancellations need to be received in writing 48 hours of arrival date to avoid cancellation charges. 100 % of the booked value will be charged if written cancelation is received less than 48 hours before arrival date. 100 % of the booked value will be charged if the guest failed to arrive. 100 % of the daily rate will be charged if the guest is departing earlier than the reserved Departure Date above. (If the hotel is notified before 48 hours of departure, no penalty charge.)
Room accounts will be closed. If you would like to charge any Food and Beverage, etc. to your room account, please ask upon Check In to have it opened. To open a Room account a Cash Deposit or Credit Card Authorization is needed.
Check in after 14h00 and Check out is before 11h00. Rooms are allocated on the day of arrival, therefore specific room numbers cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy
All reservation cancellations are required in writing 48 hours prior to arrival. Should the cancellation be made less than 48 hours prior to arrival, full cancellation fees are applicable.
