Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
- Cancellations more than 45 days or 6 weeks prior to check in date: No forfeit, 100% refund.
- Cancellations 29 to 44 days prior to check in date: Forfeit 50% of deposit.
- Cancellations 01 to 28 days prior to check in date: Forfeit 100% of deposit.
- Non-arrival or early departure: No refund, the total booking value is forfeit/payable
- Failure to pay balance 28 days before arrival will render booking cancelled unless establishment agrees to a later payment date.
