This authentic one bedroom self catering fishermans style cottage sleeps 2 guests and is one of the oldest in Paternoster. It has partial sea views from the front deck.
This romantic getaway is ideal for honeymoon couples and has stone walls and an indoor hearth which is typical of this style. The original front door is still intact.
The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with a bar fridge, 2 plate stove and a microwave. The unit also features full DSTV, free WiFi, an outside BBQ area and is pet friendly. The bedroom has a queen size bed with an en-suite bathroom with a shower only.
The unit is situated in the centre of town and is within walking distance to coffee shops, art galleries and a variety of other little shops.

Important Information
- The guest hereby acknowledges that all rentals are subject to the following Terms and Conditions and that all guests will be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- Upon paying his/her deposit he/she acknowledges his/her acceptance and understanding of these Terms & Conditions.
- Any unit that is not vacated by 11h00 will be subject to a surcharge per hour or part thereof, for each hour exceeding the check out time.
- The surcharge is deductable from the Key & Breakage deposit. The guest consents to this deduction.
- A Key & Breakage deposit (depending on size of accommodation) is payable together with the 50% deposit for the booking.
- The agency will refund the guest by bank transfer within 7 working days after departure, excluding any deductions once the unit has been checked and all is found in order.
- Furnish management with your banking details on or prior to arrival.
- A surcharge per hour or part thereof, will be charged for any arrival later than check-in time as indicated.
- This surcharge is deductable from the Key & Breakage deposit. The guest consents to this deduction.
- All Rates are inclusive of VAT and are subject to change without prior notice.
- The agency reserves the right to cancel & refund accommodation, or move guests to similar alternative accommodation for reasons beyond control and not due to the negligence.
- A booking will only be confirmed once the full deposit amount as well as the key & breakage deposit have been received by the agent.
- The balance is payable by electronic fund transfer or credit/debit card on or prior to arrival.
- The deposit as well as the key/breakage deposit is to be paid within 48 hours of making the initial booking. Failing this will result in the provisional booking being cancelled.
- No keys will be handed over until the full outstanding balance has been paid prior to or on arrival.
- Should any damages or losses be noted after departure the amount for the item/s will be deducted from the breakage deposit. The guest consents to this deduction.
- The agency acts as an agent for individual owners of units and is not authorised to make or agree to refunds for any reason. Refunds will be made at the sole discretion of the rental property owner.
- In the event of a refund being authorised by the owner it will be subject to an administration fee charged to the account of the guest. The guest consents to this deduction.
- No parties of any sort (Bachelor/ette, birthday etc.) are permitted at any of the units.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations more than one month prior to arrival: 85% of deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellations 30 to 22 days prior to arrival: 70% of deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellations 21 to 16 days prior to arrival: 50% of deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellations 15 to 7 days prior to arrival: 20% of deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival, or in the event of a no-show, no refund will be considered.
