The apartment is well equipped with a large plasma screen TV, wireless internet, excellent security, separate guest toilet with shower, uninterrupted Atlantic seaboard views and a kitchen that is an entertainers delight. The home also comes equipped with an indoor gas braai.

The spacious master bedroom is fitted with a king size bed with an en-suite bathroom with an oval bath and shower and has gorgeous sea views, which can be blocked off by American shutters. The 2nd bedroom is also beautifully and comfortably decorated with twin beds that make up a double bed, lots of cupboard space and access to its own bathroom with a shower only.
