Glass sliding doors in the living room offer panoramic views of the park like garden.

A large central fireplace creates a cosy ambiance during our winter months. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, both with en suite bathrooms. The finest quality linen ensures country style comfort.

Enter the property through an electrical gate. A private outdoor Jacuzzi with deck chairs, umbrella and gorgeous sea view highlights this pristine mountainside garden where many indigenous fynbos shrubs and flowers attract the endemic bird life. The villa opens up onto a wooden deck with garden furniture. Wander through the 8000 sqm, secure, park designed grounds to discover a delightful fishpond surrounded by trees with a meditative ambiance.

Only 35 minutes from Cape Town and the airport, Noordhoek is the perfect base from which to explore Cape Town, the Cape Winelands and the Cape Peninsula. Local attractions include the penguins at Boulders Beach, historic Simon’s Town, golf, tennis, horse riding on the beach, hiking trails through the Silvermine Nature Reserve, surfing and sea kayaks, seasonal whale and dolphin watching, Cape Point and the scenic Chapman’s Peak drive to Hout Bay.
