This historic 2 bedroom self catering cottage in Simonstown is beautifully renovated with a light, open and airy feel and also has beautiful sea views from the lounge, bedroom, front deck and outside patio with the mountain as a backdrop.
The cottage has two bedrooms, one bedroom with a queen size bed and the other with 2 single beds. All linen and towels as well as beach towels are provided.
One inside bathroom with bath and shower and a second bathroom with shower which has access from the garden.
You can relax in the spacious dining room and lounge area with a TV and DSTV as well as a DVD a machine.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, fridge, microwave espresso machine and washer/dryer.
The beautiful and spacious open plan kitchen/dining and lounge area leads out onto a sun deck with sea views. From the deck you can watch the marine activities with boats sailing to and from the harbour. This is also the ideal spot to follow the whale activities in the bay during the whale season.
Off the kitchen you will find a wind protected courtyard, also with sea views and ideal for a BBQ and garden furniture.
The cottage has an alarm and on-street parking in quiet street.

Cancellation Policy
- The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
- A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.
- If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
