This beautiful home is an entertainers delight, with an open plan layout it is great for hosting friends.
There is a modern self-catering kitchen, formal dining for ten and a TV lounge. Sliding doors open onto a spacious pool deck. Upstairs is a second TV lounge and bar area, doors lead out onto the balcony with breath-taking sea views.
Each of the four bedrooms feature sea or mountain views; upstairs are two bedrooms which have twin beds and share a bathroom, downstairs are a further two bedrooms which have king size beds and en-suite bathrooms.
Outside on the balcony there is plenty of comfortable seating as well as outdoor dining for 8, a Weber BBQ and exceptional sea and mountain views. Below the balcony is a lovely pool deck with two relaxing loungers, a great place for putting your feet up after exploring the Mother City.

Important Information
Arrival & Departure:
- Standard check-in time is 2pm on the day of arrival
- Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure
- We will try to accommodate all other arrival and departure times. If you have any special requests please let us know in advance
- To guarantee early arrivals or late departures, an additional fee of a half day’s rental will be charged
- Upon check-in, you will be required to produce proof of your credit card as well as identification. An imprint of your credit card will be taken and held for the duration of your stay. This will only be used in the case of damages
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy:
- Any booking cancelled more than three months prior to arrival date pays a 10% fee.
- Bookings cancelled between 90 and 60 days of arrival date pay a 25% cancellation fee.
- Bookings cancelled between 60 and 30 days of arrival date pay a 50% cancellation fee.
- Bookings cancelled less than 30 days from arrival date pay a 100% cancellation fee.
- Contract fee for each booking will charged at R495
- Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and the ability to re-let the property.

The house was in an amazing location, right next to a brilliant coffee shop! You can walk into camps bay and the view is fantastic and the living/entertaining space is great!
Bessy, the housekeeper was fantastic and kept the house beautifully clean.
The only criticism is that we specifically asked for all beds to be made into doubles on our arrival but unfortunately 2 bedrooms were left as singles and these weren't made into doubles for 3 days.
Other than that I couldn't fault it - really fabulous! I hope to stay there again!
Enjoyed every minute. Very clean and friendly staff. Close to tourist spots.
