Important Information

- All reservations payable in full three weeks prior to guests arrival at John Montagu Guesthouse.
- Earlier arrivals can be pre arranged.
- Late arrivals to notify the managing agent accordingly.
- The guest house has a policy of not allowing smoking inside the building. 

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations: deposit is non refundable, unless reserved period is re let.
- Cancellation less than 7 days forfeit the full payment.
- Cancellation from 7 to 14 days forfeit 75%.
- Cancellation from 14 to 21 days forfeit 50%.
- Cancellation from 21 to 28 days forfeit 25%.
