This Simons Town One Bedroom Self Catering apartment with Pool is located in Hugo Road Froggy Pond, Simons Town. You will feel instantly welcome and at home when you are greeted by Irene.
The entrance to the pad is private and to the side of the house. Walking down the private passage you will get the first glimpse of the ocean. Up a few steps to the welcoming patio furnished ideally for your comfort, with table and chairs as well as couches where you will spend most of your time enjoying the beautiful sea view.
The kitchenette leads from the patio and is equipped with a fridge, microwave, electric frying pan, toaster, kettle, coffee plunger and all the necessities to prepare a quick meal. The bedroom is up a flight of stairs and again the view from this spacious bedroom is more than enough reason to stay here.
The bedroom is spacious and beautifully furnished. The en-suite bathroom has a shower plus a bath. You will also find the TV with DSTV in the bedroom. You have access to a shared pool, that you will have mostly to yourself.
You are nearly next to the Golf Course Clubhouse where you can enjoy most of your meals at. It is only a short walk to the various beaches including the famous Boulders Beaches. There is WiFi available.

Cancellation Policy
- The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
- A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.
- If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
