House at Longbeach is situated at the foothills of famous Chapmans Peak, a mere 250 meters from the 6km long white sandy beach "Noordhoek Long Beach" and from restaurants and shopping facilities. The vibrant Noordhoek Farm Village and the vinyard "Cape Point Vineyards" can be reached within 5 minutes by car.

House at Longbeach offers spectacular views of both the sea and the mountains and of the adjacent nature reserve. It possesses a unique atmosphere in that it combines traditional elements of a farmhouse with the cosy characteristics of a beach house.

The apartment is located in the upper floor of the house, offering plenty of space for up to 4 people. It has direct access to a large terrace and a balcony. The garden with a pool, pond, barbecue and play area can be reached via a staircase from the terrace.

The apartment provides a large kitchen, equipped with all the modern conveniences, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a large open living and dining area. The apartment offers lovely views and is decorated with lots of attention to detail with a natural touch.

The heart of the house is the spacious living-dining area which features a comfortable leather sofa with a daybed, Premium DSTV, WiFi internet access, a DVD player, a HiFi stereo and numerous books as well as a wood burning stove for colder winter days. At the dining room table 6 people can enjoy the meals prepared in the adjoining open kitchen or on the barbecue in the garden.

The kitchen is furnished of a high standard with marble countertops, stainless steel panels and solid wood cabinets. Guests will find two ovens, a stove, a refrigerator, a microwave, a dishwasher, an espresso machine and various other utensils. Two bar stools on a kitchen bar form a loose transition from the kitchen to the living and dining area.

The bedrooms both offer access to the large balconies, great views and extra long beds, high quality mattresses and linen and spacious built-in cupboards.

The west-facing bedroom Longbeach has a king size bed and a dressing table, the south-facing bedroom Kakapo features a king size bed or when requested two single beds. A fifth person can sleep on the daybed. A cot is also available for the little ones. The bathroom offers a shower, a bath and toilet as well as an electric bathroom connection and a vanity light above the bath cabinet. Linen, towels, washcloths and a hairdryer are provided.

A beloved feature of this holiday home is the terrace and the balcony, offering great views towards Kommetjie. The balcony is a great spot for a breakfast in the morning sun. Soak up the sun on one of two comfortable sun loungers and enjoy the views. The terrace offers also a table and seating for 6.
