The cottage can sleep four guests; there are two bedrooms with doubles beds and a lovely modern bathroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen with modern fittings and a big lounge area with large sliding doors that provides great access to the beach.

Cancellation Policy
- If booking is cancelled 1 month before the time, full deposit refunded.
- If booking is cancelled 3 weeks before the time, 75% deposit refunded.
- If booking is cancelled 2 weeks before the time, 50% deposit refunded
- If booking is cancelled 1 week before the time 25% deposit refunded.
- If booking is cancelled within a week, deposit will not be refunded.
