Delightful 3 one bedroom self catering units. All units are situated in the large, mature garden and are fully equipped, have private patios and guests have the use of the communal swimming pool. All units have satellite TV and WiFi. Each unit sleeps 2.
There are three 1 bedroom suites set in our large mature garden. All are exquisitely furnished to a level of comfort and quality that will exceed guests expectations.
Guests are also invited to spend time around the communal pool surrounded by lawns and large trees. It’s the perfect refuge after a tiring day of tourism or business, or after cheering on your children in the sports events at the renowned schools close by.
There is a dedicated shaded parking bay inside the property for each of the three cottages, accessed via an automatic gate. Our location is brilliant for getting in and out of Cape Town and to all the tourists sights via a main highway, but staying with us guests get the luxury of retreating into peaceful, tranquil space at the end of the day.

The House Suite

Hillingdale House Cottage adjoins the main house but has it's own entrance and patio filled with flowers and hanging baskets. While walking past the herb and veggie garden guests are welcome to raid it.
The large king size extra long bed is super comfy, and can be made into two singles if required. The sofa and TV area area are spacious and relaxing, and the cottage has a shower bathroom and neat kitchen. TV with full satellite package and WiFi means guests are fully in touch.

The Studio Suite

Hillingdale Studio Suite is guests own treetop garden studio apartment up 20 steps, where guests can sit on a little balcony overlooking the mature gardens and the swimming pool below. It's very private. The comfy king size bed has guests raving about it! But it can be made up as twin beds if guests prefer. There's parking under the trees and use of the pool and gardens. Guests can even forage for herbs and veggies.

- Cancellation 22 to 30 days before arrival = 25% of deposit.
