The High Side Tavern and Planters Lodge boasts 3 self accommodation units, a restaurant on the premises, laundry service, trout fishing, animal farm and secure parking welcoming guests to the farm, a home away from home.

The Farmhouse is equipped with an array of items to make your stay as comfortable as you would feel in your own home. This large guest “home” is a 5 bedroom building with large farm kitchen and delightful lounge leading out to the old patio where you can experience the most stunning views of the Tonteldoos Valley highlands.

The 5 bedrooms are plain but cosy and offer a country experience to help guests relax and unwind, far from the hustle and bustle of everyday city life. 4 of the bedrooms contain double beds while the 5th bedroom features 2 single beds. There are 2 bathrooms one fitted with a bath, the other with a shower and there is a guest toilet.

The farmhouse kitchen is large and the lounge area is spacious making this the perfect family home in the spectacular Tonteldoos countryside.
