Herbert House, Oudtshoorn

This luxury 3 bedroom house is built on a small, terraced hill overlooking the farm. The view is spectacular, taking in vineyards, grazing cows, free roaming sheep and the magnificent Swartberg mountain range.

Herbert House is situated 600m from the rest of the properties on the Estate. This means that guests have ample privacy, enabling them to feel even closer to nature and the beautiful surroundings.

The living area comprises a lounge with flat screen TV and DSTV, a dining area with a 10 seater table and a fully equipped kitchen with a pantry and scullery with a dishwasher and washing machine.

The villa can sleep up to 8 people. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV, air conditioning and an en suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a double bed. The third bedroom contains two single beds.

The lounge has a large, comfortable sleeper couch which can easily accommodate two more people.

In summer months, a swimming pool next to the main house provides respite from the heat.

There is also a jacuzzi for guests to relax in and the front veranda comes with its own loose-standing braai.

All linen, towels and select toiletries are included, as well as coffee and tea making facilities, and basic groceries. Housekeeping is available on request.
