Haus Victoria Self Catering Cottages offers four spacious units with separate entrances, kitchenettes, tea and coffee facilities, braai facilities, DSTV with 40 channe bouquet, and linen and towels is provided. There is also parking available behind remote controlled gates.
There is a 3 Bedroom cottage that sleeps 6 guests, two 1 Bedroom cottages that sleep 4 guest,and a 1 Bedroom cottage that sleep 2 guests.
You will find yourself approximately 1.5km from shops and restaurants, whisch makses it ideal for business excursions, sporting events and travelers exploring Oudtshoorn and the area.
Spend more than 2 days in Oudtshoorn and youll experience what Oudtshoorn is all about. Excellent weather conditions and wonderful Klein Karoo Hospitality. After sightseeing you can cool down in our outdoor swimming pool.

- No loud noise after 9pm please.
- Use of all facilities are strictly at own risk.
- Please do not remove plates and cutlery from the flats and mix them with those of other flats.
- Please make sure children using the swimming pool are doing so under adult supervision.
- Parking of vehicles at own risk.
- They cannot be held responsible/liable for personal injury, loss or damage to goods, valuables or property.
- Strictly no smoking in the units please.
- Right of admission is reserved.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning their own flats during their stay, we will help where we can.
- Guests are not allowed to bring more people than arranged when booking is made, facilities are only for guests.
- No day visitors as we are not a resort only a guest house.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 1 to 7 days 100% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation 8 to 14 days 25% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation 15+ days 10% cancellation fee.
