Hart Villa is a contemporary family house situated in the upmarket suburb of Fresnaye. Conveniently located on the Atlantic Seaboard between the beautiful beaches of Clifton, Camps bay and the City.

Fresnaye has the advantage of being fairly sheltered from the gusty South Easterly winds most prevalent during December and January months.

This house has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Downstairs is the living space, which opens onto a lovely outdoor entertainment area, bar, dining table, lounge area, and a level garden with swimming pool.
