Groenewald’s self catering establishment situated 200 meters from the beach and international swimming pool in Strand, surrounded by Hottentots Holland mountain range and False Bay coastline, is central to towns such as Cape Town, Paarl, Franschhoek, Stellenbosch and Hermanus. Central to shopping areas, restaurants and railway station.

Tambotie is a separate cottage on the same grounds with a full bathroom, kitchen, sitting room and built in braai. Shrubs adorn the entrance to Tambotie and the cottage is equipped with safety doors and burglar bars. Tambotie is comfortable and well furnished with the bathroom and kitchen still portraying the unique colours of a bygone era.

The cottage sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed each, and the third with 2 single beds. Undercover parking for one car.Located between Somerset West and Gordon’s Bay, we’re only 5 km to the first wine cellar and on the route to Hermanus for the best whale sightings as well as the entrance to the Garden Route.
