Studio 216 is a privately owned, self catering unit, sleeping max 2 persons, on 2nd floor with full sea view. This unit is in the Ocean Breeze Hotel at 17 Beach Road, Strand, and is owned, maintained and serviced by the owners of Groenewald Accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped and contains a microwave, kettle, toaster, electric frying pan, 2 small tables, bar fridge and crockery and cutlery.

The lounge contains a 2 seater couch with a TV and the dining room contains a dining table with 3 dining room chairs. The bedroom comprises of a queen size bed and a bathroom. The apartment has safe street parking and security guards are on duty. Located between Somerset West and Gordon’s Bay, we’re only 5 km to the first wine cellar and on the route to Hermanus for the best whale sightings as well as the entrance to the Garden Route.
