The Travellers Cottage is a lovely old Cape Dutch building situated on a farm outside Gansbaai/Stanford. It boasts beautiful views over the surrounding farms and fynbos mountains. Come and enjoy the serenity that the property offers and forget about the everyday hussle and bussle for a while.

The Travellers Cottage can accommodate 6 people as well as an extra 2 adults if required. There are 3 double bedrooms, 2 of which can be turned into twin rooms. There is also a sleeper couch in the library. The cottage also includes 2 and a half bathrooms. A cot and feeding chair can also be provided on request.

There are 2 braai areas, one on the patio and one in the garden under the trees. Unfortunately there is no indoor braai area. A hiking trail up the mountain also starts at the cottage.

There is a couple of activities to enjoy on the farm. There is a couple of walking trails leading into the veld and to the nearby waterfall. The area is also known for great MTB trails and there is also a 4x4 route on the farm for guests. Should none of these make guests jump for joy please come and have a look at the dairy and try a fresh glass of milk.
