The property and cottages are secure, and there is ample parking within the property. Guests have access to a private garden, a patio braai area, as well as access to the Tokai reserve through electronic gates from the property. The cottages are equipped with WiFi, and the property is secure with a private security company appointed in the only access road into the area.

The cottages are centrally situated to explore the Constantia Valley wine route and award-winning restaurants. Other facilities and activities in the area include local shopping centres, 2 golf courses, a spa facility, the American Embassy, and Westlake and Steenberg Business Parks.
