Fifty6 Self Catering House is a newly renovated and lovingly restored mid-century home, with a stylish and contemporary interior and spacious indoor and outdoor living spaces. Well suited to groups or families sharing, this fully equipped, wheelchair friendly house sleeps 8 guests.

The unit comprises 4 spacious bedrooms, each with an en-suite and is arranged to guest requirements (king or twin bed). The bedrooms are styled in modern furnishings with hospitality grade beds and quality percale linen. The bathrooms are modern and are fitted with showers and bath towels are included.

The living area is a light and airy space, perfect for relaxing. Fitted with comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV with full DSTV. There is plenty of reading material and easy access out into the garden. The WiFi connection can be picked up from here and the rest of the house.

The kitchen and dining area is equipped with all guests will need for self catering, the large kitchen is open plan to the dining area, where there is a 12-seater dining table. The dining room opens onto the outdoor entertainment and braai area. The house also includes a separate laundry room should guests need it.

Leading off from the dining rooms via folding/stack doors is the outdoor entertainment area, with a built in braai and outdoor seating. Perfect for those balmy summer evenings, the views over the garden and surrounding Outeniqua Mountains are lovely. The garden is large and is fully fenced.

There is ample off street parking at Fifty6. The property is secured by electric boundary fences and an indoor alarm system linked to a reputable security company.

Fifty6 offers a catering service, whereby quality, home style meals, are delivered to the house. Braai packs are also offered, consisting of locally sourced and high quality meats. Should guests require specific items ready at the house for their stay, Fifty6 will source these for guests. This allows guests the option of not having to prepare meals themselves or having to go grocery shopping in George. A welcomed service for those looking at simply relaxing after a busy day on the golf course, beach or trails in the area. These services are available at an additional cost.
