F5 Island View is an affordable luxury self-catering apartment situated on the first floor and is located in Melkbos, Cape Town. The apartment is about 100m away from the beach.
The apartment comprises 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can accommodate up to 6 guests. The bathroom includes a bath and shower and there is a basin and shower in the main bedroom. Linen, bath towels and a hairdryer are provided. Although, guests are required to bring beach towels along. There is a camping cot available on request, but with no linen.
The living area contains a satellite TV with DSTV, and a DVD player, as well as 2 sleeper beds thats suitable for children. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains appliances such as an under counter oven, a hob, an extracter fan, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble dryer, a coffee machine, an electrical frying pan, a slow cooker, a toaster, a sandwich press machine, cutlery and crockery, and an iron and ironing board.
There is an outdoor BBQ facility on the balcony and safe parking for 1 vehicle behind a security gate in the courtyard of the building.
Guests can enjoy activities in Melkbosstrand such as lovely safe beaches, watersports, fishing and diving, boat slipway within 4km, hiking trials, less than 1km, bird watching and wild life, whale watching during season, 4x4 trial with quad bike rental facility less than 2km, golf course - less than 5km and spend the day at Blouberg Strand less than 10km.

Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be addressed to the establishment in writing.
- For cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival, 25% of the required deposit will be forfeited.
- For cancellations made between 16 and 29 days prior to arrival, 50% of the required deposit will be forfeited.
- For cancellations made between 0 and 15 days prior to arrival, 100% of the required deposit will be forfeited.
