* Check in: after 14h00. * Check out: 10h00. * No Smoking inside. * No Pets allowed. * Cleaning service on selected days Monday, Wednesday and Friday, except some Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. If you require addtional cleaning a charge of R150.00 will be charged to you. * The maximum number of persons occupying the unit must not exceed the number of beds. * All persons who make use of the unit and its facilities do so entirely at their own risk and the owners and staff of Eden Palms takes no liability for injuries, theft or damages that may occur during your stay. * To avoid disappointment please pay a 50% deposit within 48hrs so that your booking is secure and to avoid disappointment for the above dates. Balance of payment is due 1 week prior to arrival. Please send proof of payment * A refundable deposit of R2 000 is required in case of breakages or damages caused during your stay. Please check inventory on arrival and report any shortages or damages within the first 24 hours of day of arrival. * Prices subject to change. * Minimum of 2 nights stay in peak season and 3 nights on long weekends and 2 night stay the rest of the year. * Full DSTV included. * Fresh Towels and linen provided every 5th day due to water shortage. * Any dishes left uncleaned or if the house is left excessively dirty, or towels are excessively dirty, charges will be deducted off deposit accordingly. * Any forex payment made, banking fees will be billed accordingly on the final invoice or taken off the deposit. * Any cash deposit payments, banking fees will be billed accordingly on the final invoice or taken off the deposit.
Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.
Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.
If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
