Tucked quietly behind the main dwelling, The Courtyard en suite bedroom offers cosy accommodation in Hermanus with a fireplace at the foot of the king size bed (or twin beds). Popular with honeymoon couples and for birthday or anniversary celebrations, this romantic and peaceful room also offers the option of bed and breakfast or self catering for preparation of light meals. Granny and Grandpa could find the Courtyard Suite very convenient for a bit of peace and quiet, while Mum and Dad and the kids are accommodated in the self catering Garden Cottage, situated just two meters away.

The light self catering galley kitchenette facility with gas plate cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle and bar fridge (additional freezer space in main dwelling) is separate from the bedroom and serviced by the staff on a daily basis. Guests may use the gas grill for an outdoor braai in the Summer. The wood burning fireplace is a great attraction in Winter. We supply firewood for the fireplace. The compact en suite bathroom has a separate shower and bath. From the windows in the Courtyard guests have a view to the North of its small, paved courtyard with garden furniture and on the South side, the neighbour’s shrub border.
