- Cancellations 7 to 14 days prior to check-in forfeit: 75% of deposit.
- Cancellations 14 to 21 days prior to check-in forfeit: 50% of deposit.
- Cancellations 21 to 28 days prior to check-in forfeit: 25% of deposit.
- Guests who don’t arrive on check-in day or walk out during their stay forfeit: 100% of full booking amount.
- The managing agent reserves the right to charge the cost of refunds to the amount refunded.
