Important Information
- There is a non-smoking policy in all rooms. please use the designated smoking areas. - Reservations for the restaurant can be made by contacting reception.
- Only food and beverage items purchased at the hotel are permitted in the hotel.
- Meals are not refundable if not consumed ,this is included in the rate.
- In order to guarantee the above reservation, this document together with proof of payment, government order or travel agency voucher must be returned to the hotel.

Child Policy:

Cancellation Policy
- No notification will be given of cancellations. It is the responsibility of the person making this booking to follow up whether proof of payment and signed confirmation was received by the reservations department.
- The hotel has a 48 hour cancellation policy.
- For any cancellations of confirmed bookings, please send cancellations in writing at least 48 hours prior to the cancellation.
- The hotel has a 14 day cancellation policy for long term bookings 1 week and longer. All cancellations has to be done in writing at least 14 days prior to cancellations.
- A no-show is the non-arrival of a guest without notification in writing by fax or email to the Hotel. In the case of a no-show, a no-show fee in accordance with the cancellation policy will be levied.
