- Outstanding 50%: payable on or before arrival 

Cancellation Policy

- If cancelled or modified more than 21 days before date of arrival, 25% of the total price of the reservation will be charged
- If cancelled or modified 14 to 21 days before date of arrival, 50 % of the total price of the reservation will be charged
- If cancelled 7 to 14 days before date of arrival, 75% of the total price of the reservation will be charged
- If cancelled or modified 7 days or less before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged
