It is located in an upmarket neighbourhood with views over whole city.

Built in kitchenette with microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge etc. The advertised rate excludes breakfast and additional services. The apartment is fully equipped for self catering. The apartment is 15kms away from Cape Town Airport International.

- Guests should conduct themselves in a manner that doesn’t unreasonably disturb other guests, neighbours or the owners.
- No loud music between 20:00 and 08:00.
- No excessive alcohol use.
- No illicit drugs.
- No criminal activities.
- The use of the swimming pool is not allowed unless approved in writing by the owner.
- Parking only one designated off street parking per apartment, additional vehicles have to park in the road.
- Garbage removal since it is a self catering flatlet, the guests are required to dispose of the garbage as per the municipal requirements on a timely manner. The garbage must be taken to the rubbish bins near curb on trash day, and hazardous materials and large items that don’t fit in the trash must be removed from the property by the guest.
- No alterations to the property is allowed.
- Correct use of outside space and common areas.
- Correct use of plumbing fixtures. Plumbing fixtures should be used for their intended purposes only, and repairs necessitated by anything outside of standard use will be charged to the guests.
- Maintenance issues should be reported immediately. Where the guest is responsible for any damage, the guest is responsible for the repair bill and damage.
- The apartment should be left in the condition it was found in.
- Do not leave fans, air cons and heaters on when not at home.
- Additional things to note guests have full access to all these common areas, front and back garden.
- Room per person (Self catering).
- Breakfast per person at an additional cost.
- Domestic worker on premise available at an extra cost per day for cleaning.
- Laundering which is sent out to a launderette costs extra for maximum of 5 Kg and costs extra per additional Kg.
- No smoking allowed all the rooms. Please respect the rooms as it is our own home.
- No wet towels on furniture.
- No hot cooking pots on wooden or tiled or granite services.
- Kindly dry up immediately any splashed water.
- All rates excludes breakfast.
- In house rules with regards to property access and security must be adhered to.
- No noise after 20h00 to 08h00 will be allowed.
- The managing agent reserves the right to access to the property.
- No guest visitors allowed on property only paying guests.
- Kindly keep the apartment clean as guests found it.
- Do not cause any damage to furniture, fixtures and fittings and any other article in the apartment.
- Do not go into any of the cupboards.
- Do not take or use any artical from the cupboards.
- Do not take or use any item or article or widget unless given permission in writing.
- Ask before guests do anything that will cost time and money.
- Do not consume or use any item that does not belong to guests unless it states in writing. Buy or bring what guests need for own use and consumption.
- No extra guest allowed.
- When there is a breach of the rules via the guest. The guest agrees to pay for the time loss and cost the hosts.
- Kindly water the plant.
- Kindly wipe down all services immediately guests use or those that get wet.
- Kindly note there is a no smoking policy in this apartment. No smoking via opening windows.  

Cancellation Policy

- If a booking is cancelled 100% of the booking total is forfeited.
