This spacious unit is well suited to overseas visitors, honeymoon couples or business corporate stays where a high level of comfort is required. This apartment consists of a 1 bedroom with double bed, desk, plenty of cupboards plus a 2nd Double bed in the Lounge area , well equipped kitchenette with two-plate mini stove with oven, microwave, fridge with freezer section, kettle, and toaster and all cutlery & crockery. The comfortable lounge/bedroom has a lounge suite and dining table for 4, double bed, small desk, DSTV, a variety of board games, magazines and a selection of both fiction and non-fiction books. The bathroom has a bath and shower plus a separate toilet. The lounge, bedroom, and kitchen have wall heaters. Doors from both bedroom and lounge open to the private sunroom and garden area. A sleeper couch is available in this room during the summer months. Linen, towels, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, and electronic safe are all provided. This suite has its own entrance, secure parking, and its own alarm system. Children are welcome.

This unit is accessed via a Spiral Staircase so is not suitable for the elderly.

Cancellation Policy
- Less than 30 days - Full Invoice Amount less Bank Charges.
- No Refunds on Peak Season Bookings.
- For Late Arrivals, please advise Arrival Time at least 1 day prior to arrival.
- As our Office is not open week-ends, Arrival Time MUST be advised by Friday 14.00 pm.
- All Rooms are Strictly Non-Smoking.
- Credit Card MUST be that of the GUEST.
- Proof of Identity + Credit Card required on arrival.
- RIGHT OF ADMISSION RESERVED.
- NO VISITORS ALLOWED.
- AN EXTRA CHARGE WILL BE LEVIED IF LINEN IS STAINED AND/OR UNIT IS LEFT IN A DIRTY STATE.
