The unit has a double bed in the Main bedroom, two Single beds in the 2nd bedroom, a bathroom with a shower over the bath, a sunny and bright lounge with DSTV, a fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge/freezer/microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, and cutlery. The parking bay is just opposite the unit. The complex has a swimming pool, laundry and small gym which is available to guests.

- Late Check-out: Unfortunately, we cannot assist with check-outs later than 10h00 on day of check-out.
- For stays of 1 month or more, please request a quote. Breakage/Damage Deposit: Amount will be advised if required.
- Extra Cleaning Charge: Please leave the unit in good condition - excess cleaning/stained linen etc will incur an extra charge.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations less than 30 days before check-in will incur full charges.
- Cancellations 30 days prior to check-in will forfeit 10% of the deposit.
- No refunds once guest has checked in.
- Please note that all breakages and/or damages to property will be payable in full.
- Credit card plus ID documents to be provided on check-in.
- The apartment is strictly non-smoking.
- Credit card used MUST be that of the guest.
- Proof of Identity + Credit Card required on arrival.
- No Visitors allowed.
- Extra charge for cleaning if unit is left dirty.
