The villa boasts a 180 degree view of the bay from the large windows, a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities such as; a gas stove, microwave, kettle, double door fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, and a washing machine/tumble dryer in the scullery area.

In the open plan lounge/dining area there is an indoor fireplace, a 6 seater dining room table with 2 extra places available at the ends of the table to seat 8, a 40 inch plasma screen, DVD player, a TV, ADSL/WiFi internet connection and a Hi-fi system.

On your doorstep you have Chapman’s Peak Drive, The harbour, restaurants, World of Birds, 15 minutes to Camps Bay beach and the Constantia wine route respectively, 20 mins of picturesque coastal drive to Cape Town city centre and the V & A Waterfront.

The My Citi bus is within walking distance (4 blocks) from the house which will take you into Camps Bay or Cape Town city centre. The neighborhood is very safe and the house secure which is also monitored by ADT security.
