Important Information
- Payments are made when bookings are finalized, further payment on mini bar, food and any other miscellaneous items can be made at check-out time.
- No smoking inside the chalets or restaurant.
- No pets allowed.
- No littering is permitted.
- No fauna or flora may be disturbed or removed.
- Please feel free to walk around, admire the gardens, do some bird watching and go hit a few balls on the chip and putt golf course.
- All bedrooms and bathrooms are cleaned daily.
- Washing can be done on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
- Please dont feed any of the animals.
- Keep doors close when going out of your room to prevent the monkeys from coming into the rooms.

- Cancellation less than 21 days prior to arrival: 25% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation less than 14 day prior to arrival: 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival: 75 % cancellation fee.
- Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to arrival: 100 % cancellation fee.
