- Smoking is only permitted on the balcony of the unit.
- Please note that before occupation can take place you may be required to present an ID document, drivers licence or passport together with the credit card that was used for reserving the booking.

- The agent/s reserves the right to act accordingly in case such verification is not presented as required, including, but not limited to, preventing you from occupying the apartment.
- Please note that guests will need to provide the Paybridge notification confirmation slip on arrival.

Cancellation Policy
- If cancelled or modified up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
- If cancelled or modified up to 21 days before date of arrival, 50 per cent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
- If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
