Important Information
- Arrival time is after 13h00 and units need to be vacated not later than 10h00.
- Smoking permitted, but NOT in the bedrooms.
- Strictly NO PETS allowed in terms of the conduct rules of this complex. - Trucks and trailers are NOT permitted in the complex.
- Should you have a trailer - please unpack your trailer and bring back to - Amies residence where it is keep behind a gated wall. Electricity for your own account.
- DSTV is available at R30 per day plus R50 connection fee (min 3 days rental).
- This service needs to be pre-arranged.
- We do not service the apartments daily.
- If you stay longer than a week, we do a weekly service with clean bedding. - Additional services can be arranged at a cost of R100 per extra service, but not over weekends.
- Towels: bring your own or we can supply at R25 per set (Hand & bath towel). - Neither Amies or the Body Corporate of Portofino accept liability for any personal injury, loss or damage which may be sustained by guests or their property during the period of stay.
- SILENCE: After 22:00 we request silence. Should you not adhere to this rule, we reserve the right to ask you to vacate the premises immediately.
Cancellation Policy
- In the event of this reservation being cancelled prior to arrival, the following terms apply:
- Less than 7 days forfeit the full deposit;
- From 7 to 14 days forfeit 75% of the deposit;
- From 14 to 30 days forfeit 50% of the deposit.
- PEAK Dec and Jan bookings - R500 Admin fee, the balance depending on a replacement booking in time or the client might forfeit part or full deposit
