Located close to the center of Franschhoek in a serene and utterly beautiful setting, Villa Amelie is only a short stroll from all the pretty boutiques, great restaurants and cafés. This country styled home has stunning mountain veiws and feels very well cared for.
Upon arrival guests immediately feel soothed and impressed by the complete feel and attention to detail, it wraps you up, a place one can imagine never leaving. There is a wonderful house manager, who cooks breakfast every morning and is at hand to ensure guests are well looked after throughout their stay.
There is a very spacious living room, a dining room that seats 12 people and a TV/entertainment lounge area which leads onto a large open plan country styled kitchen. The entire space is very well thought out and inviting, and is perfect for a group of friends or family to enjoy.
From the kitchen is another living room/entertainment area overlooking the pastures and mountains, and this leads out onto the terrace with access to the swimming pool and pretty gardens.
For a large group, everyone can still maintain their own privacy; the bedrooms are very spacious and divided up into separate wings. The master bedroom is on its own private floor upstairs with the most beautiful views. It has an ensuite bathroom with a luxury bath tub, a dual shower and a large dressing room. There is also an additional bedroom leading from the master bedroom via an inter-leading door which could sleep two children or 1 older child if required.

Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
- A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.
- If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
