This prime location ensures breathtaking sea views. During the winter season, especially between July and November, the whales frequent the coasts. On occasions up to seven whales have been seen at one time from the lounge.

The apartment has garage parking for 1 vehicle and there is also a communal swimming pool overlooking the magnificent False Bay Coastline that guests are welcome to utilise and enjoy.
