The living area is comfortable, uncluttered and furnished mostly in neutral grey with a few pops of colour and effortlessly flows to the bedroom or balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking but you can also grab a bite to eat at Canal Walk or nearby Milnerton, alternatively order meals using Order In or Uber Eats.

The bed is kitted with a luxurious queen size bed with built in storage, with the bedroom also having ample built in cupboards, should you have an extended stay.

Enjoy relaxing on the balcony after a long day of exploring the beauty of Cape Town. Light a braai in the Weber on a sunny afternoon. Lie back on the comfy couch or have a stroll along the canal to see the beauty of the estuary and its inhabitants. By virtue of its proximity to a freeway, this apartment is the perfect location from which to navigate the Winelands, central Cape Town, Table Mountain as well as the more southern sights like Chapman’s Peak.

It is also well equipped for corporate travellers with a fast fibre connection and table at which to pen those important documents and check your emails.

There are a myriad of activities nearby to explore including the Saturday morning Park Run, monthly Natural Goods Market during summer and the recently completed Art Trail featuring a number of mosaic and sculptural pieces. The entire Waterstone precinct was rated the best residential development in South Africa in 2010 by the South African Property Owners’ Association.

Important Information

DEPOSIT POLICIES:
Payment [plus a refundable damage deposit of R1,000.00] must be fully settled: 30 days prior to arrival, or if that date is already passed, then within 2 days of guest confirmation of intention to book.

The breakage deposit as per property setting is required upon check-in in the form of a pre-authorization on your credit card (no actual debit). The hold will be released within 7 days of check-out if no damages have been reported. If no credit card is available upon check-in, cash payment is required which will be refunded within 7 days after check-out. In this case, please forward your banking details upon check-out. The departure cleaning fee is also payable upon check-in (if not already paid via the channel booked) Payments are refundable as per cancellation policy. Exceptions may be considered at the managers sole discretion, subject to being able to rent the dates in question to another party at a comparable rate.

A Cleaning fee of R350 is applicable and payable on all reservations.

Arrivals:
Check-in time is from 14:00 (2pm) onwards on the day of arrival. All guests are to be met in person to complete check-in process. For check-in outside of office hours on weekdays, and after 18:00 (6pm) during weekends a fee of R250 is payable on arrival before keys can be handed over.

Check-out time is 10:00 (10am) on the day of departure. Penalty fee of R150 / hour for late check-out (without prior arrangement).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:
We may impose a cancellation fee in the event of cancellation before arrival. The fee will depend on the nature of order, the length of notice of cancellation before arrival, the reasonable potential to find alternative clients for the reservation and the reason for cancellation. No refunds in the event of cancellation after check-in.

The following cancellation fees apply on the full booking value:

More than 2 months prior to Arrival – 10%

1 – 2 Months prior to Arrival – 25%

15 – 30 Days prior to Arrival – 50%

7 – 14 Days prior to Arrival – 75%

Within 7 days of Arrival – 100%

The above cancellation fees will be revised should we be able to re-let the apartment. The reservation booking fee is not refundable and will be utilized to cover costs.

Any Refunds and the waiver of cancellation policies are at the sole discretion of management and the ability to re-let the property.
