Situated on a small holding in the quiet Bloemfontein suburb of Ferreira and only 8km South of Bloemfontein, just a few minutes away from the nearest shopping centres, hospitals and the Bloemfontein Windmill Casino where there are several restaurants to choose from.

There are four bed and breakfast or overnight en-suite rooms to choose from, each with its own bar refrigerator, microwave oven and coffee/tea facilities. Each room has its own private entrance with a beautiful view over the garden.

A delightful English breakfast as well as superb dinners are served on request in the dining area. There are also conference facilities for small groups.

There is a swimming pool, dining area and a fully licensed bar on the premises. Situated in a quiet and safe area where guests can still enjoy a braai under the open skies.

Important Information

- For group bookings a refundable key, smoke and damage deposit fee is charged which will be payable into a bank account 48 hours after departure.

Cancellation Policy

- In the event of premature departure, there may charge for the full original booking. 
- Cancellation more than 30 days before booking: 100% refunded.
- Cancellation 15 to 29 days before arrival: 75 % refunded
- Cancellation 8 to 14 days before arrival: 50 % refunded.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 8 days before arrival or early departure.
- The agent levies a 10% admin fee on any refunds processed. Should refunds to a SWIFT bank account be required, an additional fee will be levied.
