This luxury 4 bedroom self catering apartment is situated on the 7th floor of the Oyster Rock Complex and is only 80m from the main swimming beach in Umhlanga Rocks.
The apartment accommodates a maximum of 9 guests in 4 bedrooms. The two main bedrooms both have queen beds and an en suite bathrooms. There is an additional bathroom to service the other two bedrooms. The third bedroom has twin beds, which can be converted to a king size bed on request. The fourth bedroom has a tri-bunk, which is single on top and double on the bottom.
The lounge and dining room area is open plan. Off the lounge and dining room are sliding doors that lead out onto the balcony with spectacular sea views, where guests can enjoy their coffee in the morning or sun downers in the evening.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped and includes a refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and under counter oven and hob and a separate scullery area. The scullery area includes a bar fridge, ice maker, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
702 Oyster Rock is in easy walking distance of the Umhlanga Town Centre and several upmarket restaurants, bars, coffee shops and supermarkets. The facilities on offer are exceptional. There are numerous hotels in the immediate vicinity where children can enjoy ten pin bowling, game arcades and many others.
For the water enthusiasts, there is deep sea fishing, dolphin viewing, scuba diving, snorkelling, surfing or just relaxing on the beaches or taking a long leisurely walk or a jog on the 5km beach Promenade. The award winning Pier is also a must see.

- A breakage deposit is required. This deposit is refundable after departure, provided the apartment is left in good condition.

- The maximum occupancy of six adults in the unit must not be exceeded under any circumstances. Failure to adhere to this will result in the extra people having to move out with immediate effect, or the booking will be cancelled and no refund given.
Cancellation Policy
- All guests confirming a booking are advised to take out insurance to cover the full cost of their accommodation in the event of a cancellation.
- Management will seek compensation for any cancelled accommodation that cannot be relet, including premature curtailment.
- Accommodation will be automatically cancelled if the deposit is not received by the due date.
- Deposits are not refundable in the event of a cancellation or non arrival
- If a confirmed booking is cancelled the monies received will only be refunded once the apartment has been re let.

The apartment is amazing and I would highly recommend it. We absolutely loved it. It was tastefullt decorated, super clean and comfortable. The free wifi was an excellent touch as well as the availability of the tea, coffee, sugar and bathroom cosmetics which you don't usually get in self catering accomodation. The view is absolutely stunning and there is nothing i can fault the accomodation for. The location is also perfect and safe for walking around in.
