7 Frinton on Sea is an exclusive and upmarket self-catering apartment, located in a secure complex right on the Ballito beachfront. The complex is set on the promenade, from which you have direct beach access. The beautiful 2.5 km long promenade allows for breathtaking sights along the Ballito beachfront. Dolphins are common on this stretch of the north coast shoreline, hence the nickname Dolphin Coast. The complex is within 5 minutes walk or a few minutes drive from a variety of fabulous restaurants, and only 15 minutes drive from King Shaka International Airport.
7 Frinton On Sea can comfortably accommodate 6 adults, and contains 3 tastefully furnished and equipped bedrooms, with air-conditioning, ceiling fans, and comfortable mattresses. The master bedroom contains a super king-size bed, and has large stacker doors that fully open to the patio, providing a sea view from the room. The second and third bedrooms each contain a double bed. All the beds are beautifully dressed in luxurious linen and bath towels are provided for ones comfort.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen comes with a gas stove, Dolche Gusto coffee machine, washing machine, tumble-dryer, an ice maker, and and a dishwasher. The spacious living room is equipped with a 55-inch full HD LED smart TV and DSTV. Free wireless internet is available in the apartment. The living area has large folding stacker doors that open fully to the large patio, from where you can enjoy 180-degree views of the ocean. The private patio features a built-in braai, a gas braai, an 8-seater patio set, sun loungers and a large umbrella. The complex offers secure parking and a swimming pool.

Important Information
- Breakage deposit payable 7 days prior to arrival and refundable 7 days after departure.
- A 10% admin fee will be deducted in case of cancellations.
- Tenants will be held responsible for any damages/breakages/losses to the unit. - You are responsible to check the inventory upon arrival and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Cancellation refunds will only be made if the apartment is re-let over the same period.
- A cancellation fee of 10% will be deducted.
- No refunds will be given for early departure.
- Every person enters the premises (Frinton on Sea) and the apartment (4Frinton) and uses the facilities completely at his/her own risk.
- Neither the owner of the property, his relatives, representatives, or employees accept liability for any injury, loss or damage to you, your family or your visitors.
- The apartment will be serviced free of charge during week days.
- Services on weekends & Public Holidays are at an additional charge to the tenant.
- Extra linen, for whatever reason, will be at an additional charge for the tenant.
- No pets are allowed in the apartment.
- No smoking is allowed in the apartment.
- No burning of candles and/or incense is allowed in the apartment.
- All tenants and their guests will adhere to the rules of the complex.
- Due to severe water restrictions, all tenants will be required to comply to the allocated daily usage for the unit.
- Failure to comply with this restriction will lead to hefty fines to the owner and thus applies to tenants.
- Please check the description of the apartment before your arrival. If the apartment is not equipped with a certain appliance or service, it will not be supplied for the convenience of the tenants.
- Faulty appliances and services (DSTV/WiFi) will be attended to a.s.a.p but no refunds or discounts will be made in this regard.
- No end-of-year bookings for matriculates are allowed.
- Keys will not be handed to matriculates who have had bookings done by parents.
- The maximum number of people allowed is 7 Maximum (6 adults).
- No extra blow up mattresses are allowed in the apartment.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation and refunds of a booking can only be entertained if the unit is re-let for the same period, and rate.
- An admin fee will be deducted in case of cancellations.
