This luxury holiday apartment is situated on the top floor of this triple story complex, and has breathtaking views of the gorgeous Camps Bay coastline. There is secure parking for a single car in the dedicated garage, as well as ample guest parking in the block. The complex also has a communal braai/BBQ area and large communal pool. The breathtaking views of Camps Bay are immediately apparent when entering the apartment. The second bedroom is to the left of the entrance hall and is furnished with two single beds, built in cupboards and a ceiling fan. The dedicated bathroom is across the hall and has a shower only. The washing machine and tumble dryer are neatly stowed away in the bathroom cupboard behind the bathroom door. The living room, kitchen and dining area are open plan and are tiled throughout as well as air-conditioned for warmer days. Comfortable couches, a round 4 seater dining room table, breakfast counter and large flat screen TV with full satellite bouquet make this holiday rental perfect for the active family looking for a home-away-from-home. The master bedroom leads off the living room and has a comfortable double bed. The bedroom also enjoys gorgeous views and is the perfect spot to gaze at famous Cape Town sunsets. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a free standing bath, shower and basin. A ceiling fan and tiles maintain a cool ambient temperature throughout.

Important Information
Arrival & Departure:
- Standard check-in time is 2pm on the day of arrival
- Check-out time is 10am on the day of departure
- We will try to accommodate all other arrival and departure times. If you have any special requests please let us know in advance
- To guarantee early arrivals or late departures, an additional fee of a half day’s rental will be charged
- Upon check-in, you will be required to produce proof of your credit card as well as identification. An imprint of your credit card will be taken and held for the duration of your stay. This will only be used in the case of damages
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy:
- Any booking cancelled more than three months prior to arrival date pays a 10% fee.
- Bookings cancelled between 90 and 60 days of arrival date pay a 25% cancellation fee.
- Bookings cancelled between 60 and 30 days of arrival date pay a 50% cancellation fee.
- Bookings cancelled less than 30 days from arrival date pay a 100% cancellation fee.
- Contract fee for each booking will charged at R495
- Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and the ability to re-let the property.
